PanelPro Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must not be installed
  • Original packaging required
  • Item must be in resellable condition

Returns without approval may be refused.

Non-returnable items:

  • Painted parts
  • Installed parts
  • Clearance items
  • Custom orders

Return process
To request a return:

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if needed

Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Return shipping
If customer orders wrong part:
Customer pays return shipping.

If PanelPro sends wrong part:
We cover return shipping.

Restocking fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Once return is received and inspected:

Refund issued to original payment method.

Processing time:
5–10 business days

Refund may be reduced if:

  • Part damaged
  • Missing packaging
  • Signs of use

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless error is ours.
